In 1996, a group of entrepreneurs and restaurateurs put together their combined total of over sixty years of successful restaurant and real estate experience to develop a concept that later became Colton's Steak House & Grill. Their vision was to open a steak house anyone could walk into and feel at home, have fun, relax, eat delicious food, and enjoy excellent service in an atmosphere with the feel of the "American West."

This restaurant has great customer service. They paid attention to what wasn't being eaten because it was a steak that was a bit over cooked. They came over and asked us if we wanted a new steak. My son said, "no, it's ok". The manager came out and said he'd like to make him a new steak and not charge him. Thank you Coltons in Farmington.
Staff (especially server, Molly) was very helpful and attentive to my grandson. Food was excellent. Wonderful experience.

Went there with family, and 4 of us ordered Del Rio steaks. Three of us ordered ours medium rare, an hour later our steaks finally arrived and were not medium rare more like medium well. We said something to waiter and got an excuse of oh the kitchen is busy back there and walked off. Manager stops by and we complained to her of course she asked if we wanted new ones, and we said no we already waited an hour with poor service for bad steaks. The food was wonderful, the service was friendly and warm. Our waitress, Molly, was so wonderful!!!
Normally go here at least twice a week and went there tonight, got told it would be a 25 minute wait; which is fine. 25 minutes turned into almost a hour when they decided to take a table just as large before us that got there a good 15-20 minutes after us. Will no longer be supporting this location. Piss poor excuse of a manager also.
