In 1996, a group of entrepreneurs and restaurateurs put together their combined total of over sixty years of successful restaurant and real estate experience to develop a concept that later became Colton's Steak House & Grill. Their vision was to open a steak house anyone could walk into and feel at home, have fun, relax, eat delicious food, and enjoy excellent service in an atmosphere with the feel of the "American West."

We were there to celebrate our wedding anniversary yesterday. Our waitress was wonderful but the blooming onion was so burned we couldn’t eat it so we sent it back. Then when my chicken topped salad was served and the chicken was burned so we sent it back. The replacement salad wasn’t much better but I ate it anyway. The manager did come out and apologize and there was no charge for meals. That was nice of him but still a big disappointment on our special day
The waiter did a wonderful job. He was very attentive. The food was also excellent. My wife enjoyed her birthday dinner very much
Waiter was terrible, took ten min for someone to get our drink or leer ten more min to give our food order and thirty min to get our food just to have it messed up and steak almost underdone. We need a Texas Roadhouse! This place sucks!
