In 1996, a group of entrepreneurs and restaurateurs put together their combined total of over sixty years of successful restaurant and real estate experience to develop a concept that later became Colton's Steak House & Grill. Their vision was to open a steak house anyone could walk into and feel at home, have fun, relax, eat delicious food, and enjoy excellent service in an atmosphere with the feel of the "American West."

Service was great Food was Exelent We will return Colton s ROCKS!!!!!
Well let me say first and foremost say our waitress was great! However it took us over 40 minutes to get our food. The waitress kept checking on our food to see what the hold up was and then I seen her talking to the manager and in about 5 minutes here comes our food by the manager! Now no explanation of why it took so long but this is the 2nd time I've had issues there and I doubt I go back. Food was so so. If I wouldn't have been so hungry I would have left. Very disappointed again.

Service was excellent! Even tho shortstaffed. (waitress said the'd cut back not realizing they'd get a rush at 8pm on the Sunday of a holiday weeked.) Steak (sirloin) was dry for being cooked medium I thought. Will be going back some time and trying another cut. Loved the ambiance vs. huge chain type steakhouse.
I was in with my family last Sunday.Even though it was Mothers Day. We couldn't have asked for better service. Great Food! Our server was the best. Will definitely be going back
Terrible service, cold food, had to wait 20 min for a refill on water, and almost an hr for our food.
