In 1996, a group of entrepreneurs and restaurateurs put together their combined total of over sixty years of successful restaurant and real estate experience to develop a concept that later became Colton's Steak House & Grill. Their vision was to open a steak house anyone could walk into and feel at home, have fun, relax, eat delicious food, and enjoy excellent service in an atmosphere with the feel of the "American West."

I ate there today around 4pm and this is the second time in the last 4 months and both times I have gotten food poisoning! I’m very upset and I will NOT be coming back! Wasted over $33 just to throw it all up!!
Got seated right away but that was all we got right away. Our waitress was not good at refilling drinks, steaks were over cooked, fried pickles were not crispy, onion blossom not good, and salads came out with meal. Not good and very disappointed! They ran out of glasses so got some of our drinks in styrofoam cups. Wouldn’t recommend eating here.
The waiter was amazing! And the food was good! Very impressed
I am giving a great big shout out to Colton's in Farmington. My niece Alissa Cresswell married her best friend today. We called a few days ago and asked if they could set up an area for 30 guests to come and have lunch and celebrate with them. They did just that. It was ready when we got there. They let us bring in our own cake and a few decorations. The waitresses were wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed. They were so kind and attentive. The Santa Fe egg rolls started the night off great, they were Amazing. The steaks 🥩 (ribeyes) were cooked Perfectly, in the same argument of the best steaks we’ve ever had. My wife had the the strawberry pecan salad and raved about it. The only negatives we had was with our server, he was great the first 3/4 of the night but there came a point we felt rushed to free the table. But overall a 9.5 out of 10 will definitely be going back.
