In 1996, a group of entrepreneurs and restaurateurs put together their combined total of over sixty years of successful restaurant and real estate experience to develop a concept that later became Colton's Steak House & Grill. Their vision was to open a steak house anyone could walk into and feel at home, have fun, relax, eat delicious food, and enjoy excellent service in an atmosphere with the feel of the "American West."

the atmosphere..the service and great food❤💯😘
We went to Colton’s tonight for date night. Our food was delicious but the best part of dinner was our waitress! Meagan, I hope you see this and know that we were so blown away by not only your attention to detail, but your quiet and happy demeanor. You should really give a master class in customer service!!
the wait to be seated was little bit ridiculous when it was not packed, but other then that every thing about it was great

Waited and hour for our food. we get our steaks and my husband ordered his medium rare but came out medium well. i ordered mine medium well and came out almost rare with blood running out so i sent it back had to wait another 10 min on that. also my baked potatao was hard but I ate it anyway becaise i didnt eant yo wait on my whole meal again. my son's burger bun was hard. And the potato soup was so thick we couldnt eat it. Was not a good experience for our first time being there.

Great food great service EXCEPT the gal at the front. She was rude & snide to the point we almost walked out! She needs an attitude adjustment!
Steak was cooked perfectly. Super tender and juicy. Perfectly seasoned. I got the Del Rio Ribeye. Service was great too. Friendly and attentive even though they were busy.
