In 1996, a group of entrepreneurs and restaurateurs put together their combined total of over sixty years of successful restaurant and real estate experience to develop a concept that later became Colton's Steak House & Grill. Their vision was to open a steak house anyone could walk into and feel at home, have fun, relax, eat delicious food, and enjoy excellent service in an atmosphere with the feel of the "American West."

it's a good place to eat dinner
Always a great experience
Had birthday dinner for my sister tonight. We had great service from Michael. The food was perfect.
After arriving very late at our nearby hotel it was recommended to go there for dinner. The service was fast and friendly and the food was delicious!

The food was absolutely marvelous and the waitress was the very best! However I like it when the wait staff either wears a name tag or tells you their name. Nevertheless she was awesome.
