In 1996, a group of entrepreneurs and restaurateurs put together their combined total of over sixty years of successful restaurant and real estate experience to develop a concept that later became Colton's Steak House & Grill. Their vision was to open a steak house anyone could walk into and feel at home, have fun, relax, eat delicious food, and enjoy excellent service in an atmosphere with the feel of the "American West."

filet mignon was well done asked for medium, looked more like a frozen Omaha steak that was pressed 2gether. service was slow when we complained about the food the manager didnt even bother to visit us. highly recomend the Texas Road House this place is a joke.
The 24oz pork steak was tender and well worth having.

The filet mignon is suppose to be tender & melt in your mouth it was tough & flavorless! The chef is obviously not good. I took one bite & wasted the rest along with money! I even had mine cooked medium well & it was still tough. Colton’s is over rated. Next time I want some beef I’ll go to Texas Roadhouse
