Please improve cell connectivity in the “cell phone parking lot” it’s horrible. Trying to connect with a passenger getting off on the plane is just so bad.

While we empathize with the situation, we do not have control over cellular coverage areas or their maintenance activities which may impact coverage. We periodically research in-building and campus wide cellular Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS), however the upfront and re-occurring costs associated with such systems are currently cost prohibitive for the airport.
RecommendedWith parents who worked in the airline industry, I grew up flying, been to many airports across the country and a few outside the US... Colorado Springs, we are blessed with one of the best airports anywhere! Parking is reasonable and easy, airport is clean and beautiful, notwithstanding the current construction, which I am excited for. They keep airline flight info up to date at their website. TSA is the best. Wonderful airport. Just wish the food court stayed open later for those late Frontier Flights. Great job COS!!!
It’s closer to where I live and quicker to park, check-in and go through security. Everyone is very nice also!!

Love the convenience of the location, parking is close to terminal, limited lines at TSA, friendly staff! We love COS airport! We also love the holiday coupon 50% for parking!

While I generally like flying out of COS, I absolutely do not recommend now. The construction dust is completely uncontained. You have to walk thru open construction area to get to TSA screening. if you have allergies or respiratory issues beware. I travel frequently and have never ever seen such a mess inside a public area at any airport. It was so bad just now that I have ruined a pair of contacts. This is a health concern.

This has been the worse flying experience! Colorado Springs Airport, thou convenient is nothing but delayed flights and poor customer service. Our flight was delayed over 6 hours and there was nothing opened for people to get food. Frontier Airlines is ridiculous and a pitiful excuse for an airline. I would much rather drive then extra hour to Denver for a flight than pay for convenience. I am highly disappointed!! It was nothing but bad news after bad news. A 5 hour delayed flight, to watching employees play on the conveyor belt and sliding around outside, to sitting on the aircraft for another hour not moving anywhere because they needed to de-ice the engines. I will never fly through Colorado Springs Airport no matter how convenient it is to me and my family!
