I fly COS every chance I get. Fast in and out, cheap parking, and short security lines. I look forward to flying out of COS more when we get more direct flights.
I spend a lot of time in airports, and the COS airport is seriously the best kept secret in the West. Much faster to get to than driving to DIA, and about 1/10th the time from door to gate. When you taxi to takeoff, you save time, and when you come back and land here there isn't a lot of air traffic, so you get right in. Inside you'll find 2 cozy bars + restaurants + a shoe shine booth that usually has a seat available. Always a great airport to travel through. Service is always great and security is fast.
The only reason I chose Frontier Airlines was because they fly into CO, Springs. I luv CO, Springs airport over Denver Airport & LAX but Frontier Airlines is not nearly as nice as Southwest Airlines! They are both priced competitively, so overall I give CO, Springs Airport (5 Stars) & Frontier Airlines (2 Stars)! Hopefully someday, Southwest Airlines will make CO, Springs Airport a destination.
You guys need to get your act together! COS is not a real option when flying business. You wonder why business is slow?? I live 10 minutes from COS and I fly out of Denver whenever possible. this is because I have NEVER been on time in or out of your airport. And I can't tell you how many flights have been canceled with no notice. as we speak I am sitting on your taxiway, delayed 45 mins, and about to miss my DEN connection.
