Colorado Springs airport needs to step up the game. The have Frontier Airlines as a major hub but Frontier Airlines cares less about the passenger or Colorado Springs reputation. Waiting 6 hours for the flight to load because the aircraft was late to begin with makes things hard. Then to make things worse sitting in the aircraft for a hour waiting again for the pilot to make stupid stupid comments that he waited to long to take off. Then he pulls back into the gate and make the comment we made it bad to springs. It’s not fun... read more

I fly weekly for work. United flights are frequently delayed for hours due to mechanical issues, Delta’s flights are seasonal to Salt Lake City and Frontier constantly changes flights into COS. The airport is a mess! Construction that was to be finished in November looks nowhere near done. The only positive is the cheap parking, half of which is blocked off for striping
Really, they don't even have cable at the bar anymore. this airport is going downhill. I can't even watch ESPN.
As someone who travels out of there at least once a week, there isn't an easier airport to get in and out of in the country, municipal or international. The airport staff from the agents to the valet are the friendliest around!!! Parking is always fantastic and the buses to get you to the terminal are always around, never long waiting times.
