I only recommend because it is the only option. Driving to Denver has become a nightmare.I’m a frequent flyer through COS, usually several time a month. Construction at the airport has lasted much too long. They are increasing the parking rates, FOR WHAT? The signs that identify the different areas blew down 2 years ago. Most have never been replaced. The shuttle is hit and miss. I walk from long term more than get picked up. You'll be pleased to know that the first floor construction, the last phase of the terminal modernization, will be completed soon. By the end of this month, the contract work will switch over to the other side, the rehabilitation of the first floor east area and second floor bathrooms will begin, and that's the last of it. I love that COS airport always gives some type of deal on long-term parking expenses over the holidays. We travel in December and never worry about parking in long-term!
Flying United out of here the last 4 years has proven to be a nightmare. Weather I can understand but the frequency of maintenance delays/ground “defueling” issues and overall lackadaisical attitude forces me now to fly Frontier to PHX or just drive to DEN. Missed connections have become THE NORM and turn 4 hours of travel into 10-12. No thank you. Fix your COS airport operations. Just horrendous.

John TeHaug, I'm sorry your personal experience with United has been less than satisfactory and I would encourage you to reach out to them directly, if you haven't already. I can tell you that your experience isn't the norm and, of all flights from COS in 2019, only 9% of those flights experienced delays and less than 2% of all flights were canceled. United, as a tenant of the airport, controls their scheduling, including maintenance, deicing and ground handling, not the airport itself. I will certainly pass on your concern ... read more
Easy access, plenty of parking, short lines at security!
I misplaced my wallet, sent them a Facebook message and within minutes, I was talking to a real human being and a short time later, they had found my wallet and emailed me with instructions on how I could get it returned to me! I was so relieved and thankful for their professional and expeditious service!

**Too unreliable to be used frequently or for business.** I fly multiple times a month and there are just too many delays at this airport (massive delays). And I'm not talking weather related (those are unavoidable and happen everywhere), they seem to come from mismanagement or from being lower on a priority list.
