EVERYONE at this dealership will go to par for you. I worked with Greg Cohen, and I couldn’t be more proud and happy. I was in an accident just a day before we met, my boyfriend was just getting an oil change there. Greg and I started talking and I instantly gravitated towards him. Have to give a huge shout out to Steve Warren! I could not have met a more funny or knowledgeable salesperson! He did not waste any of my time and got us exactly what we needed! I was purchasing a car for my daughter and we had literally been to three other places before we stopped in and my little princess had just about had enough! He could not have made a more smooth transaction to please her. Like suggested in many other reviews, make sure you ask for Steve Warren when you come here! I'm glad I did!

Extremely impressed with the efficiency and honesty of this service department. Had my GTI (MK7) in for some optional upgrades and the master tech Andrew Killmeyer noticed an issue that was covered under the power train warranty, for which I was grateful, repair was a 5 hour job and the part was $300 plus, so I was very grateful! Andrew was knowledgeable as well, and I must admit, extremely proficient at his job.
