I received excellent service while shopping for a new car at Colonial Volkswagen. I was impressed and thought the pricing was fair. The manager here is extremely knowledgeable and explained leasing options in a way that was accessible. I would absolutely recommend this dealership if you are interested in a VW.
Walked in for a test drive today....and walked out, well, I actually drove off with my new Jetta!!! My salesman (thank you Steve!!) actually followed me home so I wouldn't have to drive back in rush hour to hand over my old car's title, talk about service above and beyond!! Jason, my fellow Maldonian, chatted with me to keep me occupied while the financial paperwork was processed. Excellent experience! Highly recommend this dealership in Medford. P.S. the Passat and Tiguan are gorgeous!
I am a senior citizen who was told many lies by the salesperson at Colonial. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I love my car but will go elsewhere next time.
