Steve Warren was Great!!!
This review is way overdue. after skateboarding around on the ice in my small hatch last winter I knew I needed an upgrade. I swung in last June just hoping to get some more info on a few models and was greeted my Matt Davenport. 4 hours later I was driving home in a new to me Tiguan. They are Top Notch. A bunch down to earth people. No pushy sales people, just straight shooting normal people who are there to lend a hand if and when needed. Greg Cohen is a stand up guy who made our buying experience a fun one. He even reassured my son that our old car was gonna go to a good home. I look forward to dealing with Greg and the team at Colonial Volkswagen of Medford for the life of our car and possibly the next one. I would highly recommend going down and checking them out.
This is the second time I worked with Steve Warren and each time has been quick and painless! He worked to get me exactly what I wanted and I could not be happier. I will be back for the third time!
Have to give a huge shout out to Steve Warren! I could not have met a more funny or knowledgeable salesperson! He did not waste any of my time and got us exactly what we needed! I was purchasing a car for my daughter and we had literally been to three other places before we stopped in and my little princess had just about had enough! He could not have made a more smooth transaction to please her. Like suggested in many other reviews, make sure you ask for Steve Warren when you come here! I'm glad I did!
