EVERYONE at this dealership will go to par for you. I worked with Greg Cohen, and I couldn’t be more proud and happy. I was in an accident just a day before we met, my boyfriend was just getting an oil change there. Greg and I started talking and I instantly gravitated towards him. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!! On Monday I drove on the highway for the first time in a while and noticed my car shakes around 40mph, definitely by 65mph. So I made an appointment for Tuesday (2/26) 8am, to get my 80K check up (I'm only at 77K) and find out why my car shakes. Steve Warren was amazing! He made the car buying process smooth and unintimidating. I definitely recommend Colonial Volkswagen.
Stay away from this dealership, particularly the service department. Rusty and Frank will take advantage of you, and have very unpleasant attitudes.They will not return calls either when confronted about their shady practices and dishonesty. If you're looking to get taken by a dealership and their service department, this is the place for you. We have reached out to the BBB about the way they've recently conducted business, and have filed a formal complaint with the Attorney General's office
