After moving in we found that the kitchen cabinets were warped so badly that our canned foods wouldn't stand up, our upstairs neighbors were constantly having people over and being loud until 2am, flicking cigarettes in the front yard. Neighbors wouldn't pick up after their dogs, consequently there was poop in our front yard...the officr tried to charge us $50 per day that we didn't pick it up even though we had a poo-can on our front porch. We also had high electric bills and poor plumbing. Wouldnt suggest moving in

We can't always control all involvement with neighbors. There's over 600 people who live here, and sometimes you just have inconsiderate neighbors. But we do try to stay on top of things, and try to keep things pleasant.
