RecommendedExcellent time at the Gazebo the Manager even stopped to check and make sure everything was OK for us loved the new steps at the pool.
Kelly and the staff are amazing and my family and I love living here. The kids love exploring and residence are so friendly! I would recommend Colonial Crest to everyone.
My family lived there since 2016 for close to 3 years and we really loved the place. Our 2 sons learnt to ride the bike around the serene pond; and Donna Lucas, wow, what a super friendly person she is! I would give them a five star!
beautiful apartments 😍 size of bedrooms are great!
Apartment wasn't cleaned before move in; mold in shower, animal hair in carpets, foul order throughout, and a lot more. Donna at front desk doesn't care about what your lease says, what she says goes. maintenance goes in whenever they please despite lease saying only if answered by resident or a note is left. Don't expect work orders to be followed through until you call again weeks later complaining. Windows and back door not sealed at all, causing a hefty winter electricity bill. Great apartments in Muncie close to campus.
Beautiful and so peaceful out there. Never had problems with the neighbors like most apartment complex. Super friendly staff.
I have lived out there before and loved it. The neighborhood is clean and the neighbors r very friendly. And love the pond that we got to fish in.
