My husband and I have lived here for 3 years and we love it. It's a great place to live while you're going to Ball State - all of our friends loved our apartment, pool, basketball court etc. The only thing I would say is windows are drafty and volleyball court is not well maintained. However, a great price and experience with management!
Business response:
Thanks so much Janell.. We are working on getting new windows... True not many people use the volleyball court, but we will definitely spend more time on maintaining that.. .Thanks for your supportive words..

It's great having you as a resident here.... Let us know if there's anything we can help you with while you are living here.
I have lived here since March, and I love it. It is so different from my other living experiences in Muncie. It's quiet, it feels safe enough to walk around at night, and it feels very removed from the rest of the city. No traffic noise, no constantly barking dogs, no drunken meth-mouthed Jerry Springer-grade trash duking it out in the parking lot while Meemaw films the whole thing with her iPhone. It's safe, it's peaceful, and it feels like home.
Business response:
Thanks glad to hear this
My husband and I lived at Colonial Crest last year. The apartment was very drafty and full of spiders but the rooms were big so that made it worthwhile. We paid our rent on time every month and had no real problems. Before we moved to a new city, I went into the office to settle up with paperwork and I asked if there was anything left that we owe. A woman checked my account and said we were all paid up. Several months later, I get a collections account notice for $700+ and my credit score drops. Awful experience- I would not... read more
Business response:
Was the collection based on an unpaid balance or was something not right inside the apartment and that was the reason for the deduction? If you call and speak to the Book keeper about such things it can usually be resolved. You should've received a letter in the mail to your forwarding address about any deductions or unpaid balance after you moved out. I'm so sorry you had this negative experience.
Love it! 😊 Best part of my Muncie experience, so far!
