Absolutely wonderful I have been "dealing" with this apartment complex for over a month! The minute I walked onto the property, I knew I wanted to live here. In addition, I was willing to wait until the exact apartment opened up that I wanted. The office staff, from the get go were so incredibly friendly and put up with me calling every third day to see if an apartment opened up. When one did, we were all excited. Very loud noise even after quiet time hours. I have complain more than 3x because my neighbors are VERY LOUD at night with music and stomp loud. The office management doesn't do a thing. I keep hearing them even after quiet hours. It's crazy thinking this apartments were quiet when I first move in and now I just want to leave. They always say we are going to send them a "curiosity letter or call" to remind them about our quiet hours but that DOES NOT seem to help. Best Value Apartments on the North Side Lived at College Courts of Nora for one year (moved due to job relocation). In my opinion, this is one of the best value apartments you can find ~30min from downtown and ~10min from Carmel. Very friendly management and responsive maintenance staff. The only bad thing (aside from normal apartment noise but you get that anywhere) was that the pool was routinely closed during the summer(pre covid). If you are looking for a budget apartment this is the spot.

can’t complain! living here is pretty quiet and peaceful, it is a WONDERFUL location, close to so much! there’s not really any maintenance issues (that i’m aware of)?? and when there has been, they’ve been tended to in a timely manner. i would definitely recommend living here if you want a nice and quiet place to live. the only sad part is that there’s no pets but honestly, it’s nice without barking and noises/smells that come along with pets!
Horrible place to live We lived there for a year and a year only. Maintenance is beyond pathetic and rude. It’s not hard to fix simple things, management is very behind the eight ball on everything. It is really easy to have pets there honestly so disregard the no pet policy we had animals
animals in the attic Ive been a resident for over 3 years at college courts and the main reason why i’ve stayed is because its a great location in the city. I recently transferred to a new unit back in september and noticed loud noises in my attic directly above my head where i sleep at night. I informed the office on more than one occasion about the animals in the attic which we found out where racoons and squirrels. Maintenance is a joke! Maintenance is horrible! I will definitely update this review with a more positive message if my experience changes, but since moving in 2 weeks ago, there have been 2 outstanding maintenance requests that have not been addressed. I feel like the staff lied to me directly when I asked how long maintenance requests take to get fixed. I was told a day or two maximum. I understand busy times and the need to access certain areas to fix the issues but regardless, this is unacceptable in my opinion. If you c... read more

Great Place to Live At the point of writing this, I have been living here for over a year and it has been a fantastic place to live! It is in a very convenient location, only being 2 minutes to get to I-465 and it’s 15 minutes or less to get anywhere in North Indy. Management of this property is great, updates are always happening at the moment and inproving this place greatly; after the first of the month rush maintenance is usually same day or one-two days depending on the issue submitted, and everyone is super friendly.
