Verified Renter Broken A/C My a/c was blowing out hot air Thursday night, so I decided to put in a work order on the apartment's app. By Friday, maintenence showed up to my apartment to fix the problem. Unfortunately, the problem could not be solved that day, but I was left with two portable cooling units. By Saturday my a/c was fixed and I still had the two portable cooling units just in case. Verified Renter Nice College Courts has its pros and cons Very clean and quiet Staff nice and helpful only thing that bothers me is that You can not keep your barbecue grill outside on the balcony after your done barbecuing. But most of all nice garbages area clean.

Verified Renter College Courts of Nora I loved staying here. The complex supervisors’ office is wonderful and friendly and they are always here to help. There is always a quick response to solve some malfunctions that may occur with the home’s equipment. This is a wonderful thing and it has happened to me before. We hope that the rental cost will not increase because it is at its maximum.
