animals in the attic Ive been a resident for over 3 years at college courts and the main reason why i’ve stayed is because its a great location in the city. I recently transferred to a new unit back in september and noticed loud noises in my attic directly above my head where i sleep at night. Maintenance is a joke! Maintenance is horrible! I will definitely update this review with a more positive message if my experience changes, but since moving in 2 weeks ago, there have been 2 outstanding maintenance requests that have not been addressed. I feel like the staff lied to me directly when I asked how long maintenance requests take to get fixed. I was told a day or two maximum. I understand busy times and the need to access certain areas to fix the issues but regardless, this is unacceptable in my opinion. If you c... read more

Great Place to Live At the point of writing this, I have been living here for over a year and it has been a fantastic place to live! It is in a very convenient location, only being 2 minutes to get to I-465 and it’s 15 minutes or less to get anywhere in North Indy. Horrible place I've lived here a little over a year and I can honestly say they don't commicate when things are being done. My apartment got flossed by the neighbors above me and it took them 11.5 hours to put fans in my apartment. They still haven't fixed everything. Now my front windows leak when it rains but they say they are replacing windows but can't give me a date as to when this will be done. In the mean time I have towels in my window. Don't Settle...Renters Beware I have been here since July 2013 and year after year I have regretted that decision. This was the only complex with a vacancy (now I see why) and good thing I now have enough to buy a house so I can move out of this poorly ran complex. Can't back into parking spots or veh will be towed. , hallways are not consistently cleaned, high crime, 60 day notices, $30 yearly rent hikes, rude staff and delayed responses to maint. requests. DON'T MOVE HERE. Four other complexes in the area.
Affordable!! I like these apartments because they are extremely affordable in a great location. They have a good tenants which are all fairly friendly and you will always see kids running around. It is right beside an elementary school so if you do have small children it is very convenient for everyone to walk down and play for the evening or on a weekend! Great location, great apartment, great staff! College Courts of Nora is located really close to Carmel, with easy access to 465. 20 minutes to downtown Indy, and less 10 minutes to downtown Carmel. There's lots of shopping nearby, like Target, Whole Foods, Kroger, and USPS and many banks are nearby too. You can also easily walk to the Monon. The apartment itself is great. College Courts of Nora I have lived in this apartment for about two years, it is very well maintained, and they seem too always be improving something. It is a great place too live if you want to live in a central location but for a very affordable price. They aren't all updated but everything works fine. Most apartments get a view of a lake so you're not constantly looking in your neighbors apartment. However if you have a low car this is not the place for you. They have giant (and many) speed bumps and it is awful on your ... read more
This is the worst management Worst maintenance and worst management , unable to rectify our maintenance problems for more than a month and on top of this they charge you what ever they wish. This is the worst ever management and the property manager. They don't even answer you call , even if you leave voice mail they don't call back and later they say you never called us. This is a place with worst management.
