Verified Renter Lack of empathy for residents Unreasonable. Charge a lot for rent but aren’t understanding, as well as the complex is left in dangerous conditions after winter weather. They do not plow or salt properly. They over work maintenance staff and won’t hire more works to assist with the complex tidiness and safety of residents.

Verified Renter Ok so far We've been here 1 month and so far ok. When we first moved in, we had to unpack everything we just out away because pest control was coming for an ant issue. Since theyve come out (4 times) weve seen more ants then ever. Also, the parking lines are horrible and need to be repainted so folks can actually see where to park at. The office staff is very nice and helpful.
