I have used Cohen Filippini for several property sales and purchases since 2004. I have always found them to be friendly and very professional. My last sale and purchase was massively stressful and protracted, because of issues with a developer. I had to then find another property. She is a fantastic solicitor who is very efficient, knowledgeable, and honestly goes above and beyond to ensure a smooth and fast property sale! Would never go anywhere else and would always recommend Emma at Cohen Fillipini. Many solicitors take weeks to reply but not here, extremely good communication!
