Liv worked magic on my hair, I had an idea of what I wanted and she made my hair look exactly how I wanted it! She made the whole appointment very comforting all of the staff were very nice. She talked me through every step of the way making sure I was happy with what she was doing! Thank you so much Liv I love my hair!!

I've had my hair cut coloured around 5 times at cocos and my complaint is the stylist isn't consistent. Time before last I loved it, she took photos. I asked on this occasion for exactly the same (I always want the same..a thinned out slightly angled bob. I thought she'd refer to the photos that she took on her phone as she said they were for her reference but clearly she didn't refer to them. Cut was awful this time round. Always a pleasure to go and see Chris for a wash, cut and blow dry. He listens to what you’d like and gives tips on how to blow dry. You also get a warm greeting from Sharon upon arrival.
