It was my first time going to a hair salon today and I had an appointment for a cut and finish with olly, he was very knowledgeable and kind and talked me through everything he was doing with my hair and also helped me with knowing my hair biology and how to style my hair to my hair type. It looks amazing and so healthy and I’m so glad I made the decision to come to cocos, the atmosphere was very refreshing and all the other staff were very friendly too. I will definitely be back! Thank you

I've had my hair cut coloured around 5 times at cocos and my complaint is the stylist isn't consistent. Time before last I loved it, she took photos. I asked on this occasion for exactly the same (I always want the same..a thinned out slightly angled bob. I thought she'd refer to the photos that she took on her phone as she said they were for her reference but clearly she didn't refer to them. Cut was awful this time round. I went in for a restyle and the colour today… I wasn’t really sure what I wanted, but that was not a problem as Lloyd listened to what I thought I wanted and talk to me through options and the end result I’m really happy with. I will be returning soon
