Mission Our Mission Is To Speak For The Animals History The Coconino Humane Association was founded in 1955 by a group of concerned and dedicated people who felt there needed to be a change in the way animals were being treated in our community. The shelter was built with donations from businesses, service organizations, and a few very dedicated individuals. We adopted Wilma, now Luna, today. She feels like part of the family already. She is a 2 yr old beautiful pit mix. Super sweet and loving, loves to give kisses and play with her dog sisters. Thank you for this beautiful gift you have given us.
