We adopted an adult dog through an adoption event. He is wonderful, everything I hoped for. The adoption process was great and we will definitely return in the future for another dog.
Adopted Oliver today, had a wonderful experience with the crew from the humane society, thanks to The Ark as well. Oliver is already spoiled rotten, and a bit of a love sponge.
This is an awesome shelter! We adopted our kitten from here about a couple weeks ago and absolutely love her! I highly recommend adopting from this shelter if you are looking for a new addition to your family!

We got our cat, Sprocket, from here about 7 years ago. They made sure he had all his shots and neutered as a part of our adoption fee. I remember the team was very friendly, and we got him in a timely manner. Our baby is still going strong, and I am thankful everyday for organizations like this that find homes for these loving animals. If they hadn’t picked him up, a paw would’ve never reached out to snag my husband’s sweater, and we never would’ve have the experience that Sprocket is.
