Had my lashes done today after the recommendation from my daughters and I must say what a brilliant job they made of them. Such a lovely friendly atmosphere there too, would recommend anyone who is thinking of having their lashes or nails done to go in there. I am super satisfied with the whole experience!. Val, Abby, Karen , Lauren and Nanny

It was a really bad experience. There was a girl with short hair who was very rude and made me angry. As soon as I made a request, she started talking to her colleague in another language. After that, her tone and attitude towards me were very bad, which made me angry. The same thing happened on the fourth day after the treatment. Another time, the boss lady gave me eyelashes and I had eye allergies the next day. It really made me angry.

Not a great experience. Took two teenagers for a birthday treat. One had a lovely job done. The other’s was thick, messy and not short enough. So we went back in and asked them to re do it. They did it. Then the manager walked the row of clients offering them a chocolate. Each client in turn, but walked past the teenager. Making her more upset. Awful experience. Won’t go there again!
