I've visited this salon a few times and generally like it – the quality of the nails is consistently good. However, I’ve noticed a few things that could be improved. The salon often seems short-staffed, which can affect wait times and the overall experience. More concerning, though, is the attitude of some of the male and female staff; on several occasions, I’ve found it off-putting and not particularly welcoming. It’s a shame, as this impacts what could otherwise be a great experience.

I was first time but I am dissapointed and I will not come back. For so many recommendations, awards posters and average price, and at least 7 people at the time in a saloon- the gentleman who was doing my nails was constantly distracted by whoever comes in, or call, constantly talking with coworkers in their language, so, my nails are not perfect, but I did not have time to come back and complain. Never again! Have been a customer for years now and noticed that lately is a hit and miss, depending on who you get to do your nails! At £96 for a mani and a pedi, you should be able to have a say, especially if you are unhappy! But if you dare to, all hell breaks loose! The aggression in their voice( because they speak with each other in their own language) not even an apology, it’s always the customer’s fault! So many other places to chose from, not the first time this happens and won’t be the last… I’m out

Very good service
