Was my go to nail bar & been a loyal customer for 18 months or longer. Standards started to drop in the last 6 months, new people were coming in and clients being rushed out the door, with no attention to detail. Was in recently Gel / Shellac which lasted just 2 days before chippping, not a good look. Very poor quality & service and a total waste of money not to mention runied nails for an event / holiday I made the team aware but they have absolutely no interest or care.
