I booked an appointment through Fresha, when I turned up I couldn’t find the salon. I called multiple times and left messages on the answering machine, and messaged on instagram but nobody ever got back to me. If the business is no longer operating, please take it off Fresha to avoid further disappointment.
Booked online. Turned up to my appointment to find nobody there. What a waste of my time and 30 minute drive to get there. Sort your admin out.

Absolutely love Susan doing my hair . Great cut and perfect colour . Always great with advice . Love the products she uses and The Retreat is so relaxing whilst you have your hair done. I will even come back from mid wales after I move to have my hair done
