I paid for the ultimate wash and it was horrible! Half the of each tire had no tire dressing. My interior has boot marks from their shoes and they half vacuumed. I had pretzels on the floor from my son and guess what was on the floor after the car wash. Yep pretzels. So they didn't vacuum the back seat and to make it worse they asked what they could focus on before the wash and I said I would love a really good vacuum. Location Val Vista and chandler Blvd. Don't go there!
Cobble stone has the worst customer service! I will never be back.. Jackson's her ones another customer..

This place is always taking too long. It has been 50 minutes and my car is not done yet. I just got a normal wash nothing fancy.
This is my first post ever and I am doing this for the lousy way they treated my grandson who went there for an oil change and ended up having to pay $180 for a transmission servicing which wasn't needed at all. My grandson is just out of high school and you have some nerve pushing a more expensive job on him just because you can!!!! I would suggest you search your conscience on this one and reimburse his credit card.
They talked my son in to a transmission fluid change using scare tactics. He only went in for an oil change. Our family has 4 cars. NONE of which we will be using Cobblestone for an oil change in the future. CON ARTISTS!

I brought my SUV in. Requested front floor mats be cleaned. Went to pay and price increased from 1.00 to 5.00 each mat. Too late but what a rip off. Then went to get vehicle and mats were not cleaned. Not even damp but they insisted were cleaned. Then noticed back rear floor not vacuumed. Poor wipe down in car. The manager had it vacuumed again and he wiped it down. He made it ok but to make it really right he should have made it a free car wash. Secondly come on...price increase in mats ridiculous.
