they did my oil change and car wash in under 45 mins. versus the 3 hrs my shop wanted to waste on my day off. loved it
Terrible customer service! Cashier was extremely rude!
I had the monthly unlimited pass until things started going missing from my car. I had a nice phone clip for my dash taken last time I was in. I stayed away from this place for a while and went in today for a quick wash out of convenience and had about 4 bucks in quarters and dimes stolen from inside my center console. The actual service is always decent and my car is clean and the interior smells great... but I won't be going back due to the thieving employees here. They are really nice here but I always get my car back still dirty. Cleaning could improve however, great customer service!!!!
I used to be so happy with this place however my last two washes with them have been far from great. I spent $79 for a detail and had to take it back twice, once because it was still dirty and the second time because my car smelt aweful. I thought I'd give them a second try today and got a basic wash with carpets cleaned and still not impressed. My husband has to go home and clean what they missed. Will not be going back.
I was there yesterday to get an oil change and a car wash, customer service was good ! But when my car was done no body told me that it was ready I had to go outside and look for it ..... When i got in the car everything looked ok until I looked at the windshield I noticed that my sticker for the oil was never change to the new one, I called to let them know "Robert answer but he was not paying attention to what I was telling him because he was carrying another conversation with another customer ....
