Came here on Friday and paid for the detail unfortunately they were really busy but they did make up for it and are doing it today. Thank God because over the weekend it got dirty when i had to park in a dirt field. I will be back
I had an issue redeeming rewards points at the express car wash - Steph who works there is amazing! Great customer service
Worst service ever! Chipped the paint on my brand new 2016 Chevy Equinox. The manager refused to admit any wrong doing and was very rude. Not to mention the washing was horrible done. My car still had bird poop on it. Please avoid this place unless you are looking to throw away money.
Watch this place on how they really F#%k u up on "free car wash"!! The guy tells you can upgrade your free car wash but when you get in it it still $15.00!!! Not coming here again!!

I've had so many problems here, starting with my car being damaged in their care and denying my right to see camera footage because they claimed there was nothing to see. As well as the customer service I've had enough with theses employees and even took it to corporate and they did nothing about it. As a loyal customer I thought that they'd at least help me try to get to a happy medium but did not.
My money was stolen at the carwash. They can't anf I can't prove it so I'm out my gas money
