We are ecstatic about this place. Started coming here a couple of months ago service is excellent and they do a much better job on our cars then the competition. Carlos is the general manager at the Alma school and German location. He is awesome. They have not only earned our business but we also direct friends, family and colleagues here.
I've been a long time customer and I couldn't be more disappointed with my experience today. I prepaid for a wash at the pump. The guy at the wash area discounted my wash by $4. When I asked about it at the cashier station I got the absolute worst attitude and downright rude behavior. The 'solution' staff came up with? Take away the discount and change me full price. Magic - problem solved.
DO NOT get work done here for your car.. worst experience I have ever had hands down. Not only have I had multiple piece broken off my car.. and services paid for and not done on both my cars, when u bring it to attention to management.. they want to give you free car washes to make up for damages.. instead of doing the right thing and fixing their mistake.
