Came here for an oil change. Was quoted $71.99 “since you need synthetic” and I agreed. Expected the full service I am paying for. Instead, he asked me if everything looked good and marked as “checked-ok” in the system before they even pulled it in. They refused to do the tire rotation as well. We told him it’s on the ad, he said he didn’t know that. We told him to check the giant fricken sign that is pasted to their windows. See the photo. Paid 60$ to hand wash my 90k truck. It came out with muddy water on the tires, fender liners and wheels. I asked the guy “does the hand wash include the wheels and fender edges? “ he says “they hand wash in the dirt so they get mud on them” As he continued to walk past it.. Not Impressed with the service or the the wash,,

Attendant asks what service is wanted. Stated just the basic one. Attendant tries to talk into buying a monthly pass. Wouldn't take no for an answer. He Got more adamant the more we tried telling him we weren't interested. In exasperation we finally said one reason we weren't interested is due to logistics of exiting the shopping center. He shot back that this location was the best in Surprise so that alone should have been enough. He kept arguing even as we walked off to pay for the wash. Best, eh?
