Too much hustling of customers before the wash even starts and a completely mismanaged operation. Go somewhere else.
I am very disappointment. I came in for a car wash and gave my guy a generous tip and while getting into my car, I see I have no rear view mirror. It was broken while cleaning, but no one had the courtesy to tell me. That is horrible. Now I am waiting for 30 min to get it fixed... �
Devin, the lube and oil manager went above and beyond when we had my wife's car in for an oil change and there was a filter cap problem and he and his staff resolved it. My visit was a oil change and flush and it required additional effort as it had been sitting to long, and they did a great job. They always give us their best.
