This is a 50/50 review. Today, I asked for an oil change and to fill my wiper fluid. The attendant acknowledged and joked that every customer needs wiper fluid. The part that always annoys me about Cobblestone is the hard sell on filters and synthetic oil. Like a used car salesman. So, the attendant bantered back n forth with me about my truck requiring synthetic oil. It doesn’t. Fast forward. The finish line crew did a nice job on the wash. I've recently started going back to this Cobblestone in Chandler because my sons school brings me to the area. I only stopped patronizing this establishment due to a move. I highly recommend Cobblestone for your cars scheduled maintenance and car washes.
Devin in the auto lube shop always does the best job explaining to me what my car needs. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. I only trust him and his staff with my vehicles.
A bit pricey the attendant was polite but the detailers were not as much. I paid for premium wash & wash within 15 mins of completion two monsoons roll in last night. I go back today to get a rain check but they don’t offer those, seriously less than 24 hours. I’ll drive to Gilbert from now on.
Cobblestone Auto Spa consistently provides great service at reasonable prices. This car wash is fast, friendly & clean. They have a children’s play area, large selection of food & beverages, plus comfy leather seats in the waiting area. This place is AWESOME! Just got the "diamond" wash - their top of the line. No attention to detail. They just loaded a rag with armor all and did a quick swipe of dash, doors and steering wheel. Center console is horrible, around door locks. I have to go home and finish the job myself. Took forever for them to do a half a$$ job.
False advertisement showing $3 washes and they charged me $5.00 .... reported this business to the state..... paid $5 just for my car to come out looking twice as bad as it was before I went in... horrible service. Horrible manager..... horrible owner...
