So felt very uncomfortable from just waiting now music no offering of a drink I then find out my daughter who had bought me a voucher who regularly goes to this saloon had bought me a voucher from another saloon . I was so stressed and embarrassed but felt staff dealt with it unpleasant an unprofessional I was not treated with respect as to my upset and all of the customers knew what had happened this should have been dealt with in a confidential situation never ever will I use this saloon again
Pretty terrible, cut my mums toe the entire way around and still charged her full price. My nails lasted just over a week and both thumbs are completely chipped.
