Such a fun way to work out, Kathryn is a fab instructor and I feel great after every session. Great value for money too!

I've been attending Kathryn's classes since it started 6years ago. I haven't missed many in that time. The routines are a great way to get fit and everyone is friendly. The outdoor classes in summer are good too. Looking forward to the 6th anniversary Halloween themed fun class at the end of the month 🙂🎃👻
I do the double whammy classes on a Monday night. Great classes and shattered at the end of it. Kathryn is a great instructor. Love the glow Sticks
