I have been trying to obtain the storage unit promised since mid June to no avail. I have suggested temporary solutions like using the "PAID" storage units until our "FREE" units are ready. It is a simple solution.

Francisco, we understand your frustration regarding the free storage units. Our hands are tied by construction. The obvious solution would be to offer the paid units to the residents promised free units, however we do not have enough paid units to offer to residents who are awaiting the free units. We are working on some sort of solution. We ask for your patience while we consider alternatives.
RecommendedI recently moved to this rental community. I can't be happier. The facilities, the environment, the people that run rental office. when I need something, I just go to the office, and they take care of the problem. I love to stop by, for sure I have some good fresh made coffee if I ask for. Congrats Ruth, Maria, Miriam, Osbel, you are doing a great Job.
