Great place to live👮🏻♂️I was a previous tenant to Club Prado and I can say I true enjoyed my stay here. I offered a security service and it was a piece of cake. All residents are very respectful and very nice. The properties staff are amazing. Very nice , professional and go above and beyond to meet all residents expectations. I recommend this building !

The fire alarm just went off for the SIXTH (that's right, SIXTH) time in the last two weeks. We have received a number of grammatically incorrect emails in which the management tries to shift blame for a system which is either entirely too touchy for a building with 500+ residents or just outright faulty, but no updates on actual improvements to the system. I just want to start off by saying, I have never seen such a clean, luxurious, and well kept apartment. My boyfriend and I went apartment shopping for about 4 months. Rude leasing people, who don't care about the people they actually lease to. All types of delinquents walking around the apartment building. Say that they are luxury building but when I was showed the unit I heard so many loud construction noises; drilling, men working, saws. Elevator didn't work, had to take a didn't elevator to get up to the unit I was being showed. After talking to one of the residents in the lobby, they said "it is worse than getting a root canal done". Worse showing ever.
Living here since June & didn't realize that 4+ months later I would still be living in a construction zone. Every morning there is drilling that vibrates my apt to the point that pictures fall off the wall. This did not start until late September. I was also promised storage and I have no storage. I was reminded that I signed an addendum that specified there would be construction. I assumed that that construction would be in a reasonable time not 4+ months later.
