Very unprofessional business never answers calls and I mean never I have called several times to get my money back and many people in the community have done also . I think it’s closed now as it’s run down outside and before you say am trolling “ a small business “ you literally trolled have your clients and staff from Montrose’s out of thousands of pounds my husbands brother is one of them poor star but I believe there finally paid after 5 months

This is the best gym I’ve personally been to. I love that it’s full of like minded women all wanting to have a laugh and get fit. All the instructors are approachable and the classes are always fun with a giggle added in. Highly recommend x

I have been attending this gym now for two and a half years and just feel so welcome in it. I never thought I would be someone who would be so in love with the gym and fitness! I love it being ladies only as I just feel so much more comfortable within myself being there. Everyone is very friendly and supportive and I particularly enjoy the variety of weekly fitness classes. I joined Forfar Club One Fitness about two years ago and honestly, it’s been amazing. 💪 It’s an all-ladies gym with a great mix of classes—Clubbercise, Assassin, weight training, and my absolute favourite, aerobics. I love going to that class! The atmosphere is so supportive and non-judgmental, with women lifting each other up. This is my second 6 week challenge at club one Forfar. I have been a member of Club one Forfar for over year now and have enjoyed every single minute of it. Both Instructors and members are all lovely and very welcoming . Always there to help with anything best thing I have done to boost my health and fitness I was never very confident in myself but now I have more confidence and enjoying all the different classes .
