I've been having PT sessions with Luke with over a year now and enjoy them, however I managed to hurt my shoulder and asked to swap a PT session for a sports massage to see if that would help. He's a miracle worker! I was in a lot of discomfort and in less than an hour he reduced that down to almost nothing. So pleased I found him when looking for a fun way to exercise and got so much more than that with all his knowledge and skills! Thanks Luke
I had 4x1h PT sessions with Luke and they were amazing! The sessions were the right level of challenging to get my confidence back and start to enjoy fitness again. Luke was so supportive, encouraging, and knowledgeable. I can't recommend Club-K enough!
Luke always does an amazing job. I've been going to Luke for more than 5 years for all my sporting maintenance and I wouldn't go anywhere else. His sports massage knowledge is top notch and he always knows how to get right into the sore spots. I always feel so much better after he gets his hands on me. Highly recommend.

I have the pleasure of training with Luke as my personal trainer for almost year.
