Fantastic gym, attend as many sessions as I can in the week, love boxing and weights with Becky and spin with Charlotte. Always feels really friendly and the team get the people in the sessions talking so we are all friends!
Friendly staff offering support and advice. The classes I attend I love! Making new friends in the process. It has a great friendly atmosphere. Becky has the best classes for strength training for me , also providing a programme on the app , which is easy to use.
Amazing gym..... Amazing staff..... Everyone is so friendly, I've been coming to this gym for 15 years & wouldn't go anywhere else !!
Best gym in Retford by far!! Absolutely love Becky and her classes (with boxing being my favorite by a clear mile!!). Such a friendly environment with great staff who have the clients best interests at the heart of everything they do. Been a member for the last 15 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else!
