Very poor customer service. They do not take liability for any damages to customers vehicle. I think someone should look into their business practices related to claims.

Review your contract know your renewal date. I had to trust what they told me when I called in to lower my car wash price. They told me the 16th of the month. Today which is the 15th and presto-chango play date happens to be the 12th so I missed it again for another month paying ***** for a monthly car wash unlimited rate. I canceled after that.

Purchase the car wash for $40.00 a month, they came back and charged our debit card 2 more times in the same month. Called and spoke with customer service and they told me that the supervisor had done the credit for $80.00 on the debit card and should see it on the bank account in 2-3 business day's. Well it has been 6 business days and still no credit has been issued. Wheres the class action against Club car wash, I have $830 worth of damages, they told me it couldnt have happened there because they say damages arent consistent with their car wash
