Quality was unsatisfactory! When I drove over to the vacuums, I noticed the plastic trim between my drivers side windows was damaged. Either from the chemicals or the brush during the car wash. I thought Id spray it and wipe it would wipe off but no luck. Its quite noticeable. When I asked the manager what they could do, he said nothing. Wipe it with some AmorAll when you get home. Not what I planned on doing after a professional car wash!!

I was a happy customer to join Club Car Wash the 1 st time I went through I received damaged to my rims were all swirls scratches In the front...I went back again not sure a receive the exact same damages the swirls and a whole lot of scratches on the rims..**** in the claims department insulted me to the intent of seeking legal assistance.They are so rude and take no responsibility for the swirl on my paint The car is new.They never sent me the so called preexisting films of damage I'm waiting for.So Sorry I joined ????????

This place scammed us $40 after we cancelled our membership.
I use this wash once a week on my 2017 Impala. The finish is basically ruined and will require a buff job to remove the oxidation thats forming on the hood the roof and the trunk lid.

It's a scam, canceled in person in April. Just noticed I've been charged the last 4 months. Was told unless I had a cancellation number. They wouldn't refund. They did send me a card for for free car washes, but we canceled because it was taking the paint off my painted grill.
