The teller charged my wife for four car washes and would not give a refund. The Teller stated that we would have to call the corporate office we did. The **************** reviewed the video and stated that my wife did not complain enough to get a refund at the time of purchase. We felt completely misled and we will be filing a complaint for debit card fraud.Decent wash, but very manipulative and greedy.

Horrible experience. They ruined my new car and refused to pay the damages. Many others have the same story. This is bad business practices at its finest.

We have been members since car wash opened in our town. We signed up for $20 a month with military discount. In July they said our card had expired and that card was not valid, which was incorrect, we took card personally in 3 times for them to enter card information which they finally were able to correct, we have always had 2 vehicles on this plan, but manager who since has been fired entered only one vehicle, they would not honor the $20 in 2nd car, and now want to charge $)27 for 2 nd vehicle. Back in February 2023 my two cards were hacked and had fraud so I had to cancel them and get new ones. By the time I received new cards and went to the club and updated my card on file the employee was trying to tell me I had to sign back up and it would be 28 bucks a month instead of my grandfathered 20 a month military discount. I told them I dont think so. I called customer service explained. This was a back and forth this for two months with customer service. Excuses after excuses.
