Absolutely horrendous customer service. I tried cancelling my membership over a week before prior to the next billing cycle and YOUR APP sent error messages. I went into the physical location at my earliest convenience after that and they told me it was cancelled. The next day, I was charged $40. I then went back again to the physical location and they told me that it was not cancelled, that they canceled it now but I would have to call your customer service number to get refunded. I called customer service and spoke to a fe... read more

I have been a big fan of the Club Carwash ever since a location opened near me. However, my car was recently damaged while going through the car wash and my claim has still not been reviewed. It has been three weeks! I am very disappointed in the customer service of ********************** Corporate. The gentleman that assisted me in retrieving the part that fell off of my car and submitted a claim for me was very helpful and told me I would hear something in 3 or 4 days.That has not happened. The wash on Broadway not only broke the window, ripped off my wiper blade, manager did nothing while staff laughed (got it on camera), but also didn't even get my car clean. I tried emailing the company and big surprise, nothing was still done. I have had to pay $400 to replace a window THEY broke and nothing has been done. Not only did it take them almost a month to contact me regarding my claim after I submitted it, they refused to take responsibility for their equipment chipping the clear coat off of my vehicle stating the markings werent consistent with the equipment or products they use when I contacted them asking for videos of my vehicle entering and leaving the tunnel the day the damage was done, I was told theyre unable to provide me with them.
