Back in February 2023 my two cards were hacked and had fraud so I had to cancel them and get new ones. By the time I received new cards and went to the club and updated my card on file the employee was trying to tell me I had to sign back up and it would be 28 bucks a month instead of my grandfathered 20 a month military discount. I told them I dont think so. I called customer service explained. This was a back and forth this for two months with customer service. Excuses after excuses. If I could give 0 stars I would. I have used Club Carwash at least 1-2 times each week since they have opened a store in my town. I say that so you know that I know what I am doing going through the wash. 6/4 I went through and towards the end of the wash my car hit the back end of the car in front of me. On a good note the wash was quickly stopped when I honked my horn so I wouldn't hit them again. Claim filed, the employee said several times this isn't your fault and we will take care of the damages also told me that I wou... read more

Club Car Wash is not responsible for drivers negligence by failing to follow wash instructions, which is to remain in neutral, foot off the brakes, hands off the wheel. I will never use their car wash again. They damaged my vehicle and then refuse to cover it. It didnt just pull the antenna out, it pulled the whole unit right out of the metal van.

Very poor customer service. They do not take liability for any damages to customers vehicle. I think someone should look into their business practices related to claims.
