Worst customer service ever! I would have given zero stars if possible. Have been trying to reach the customer service manager for over 3 weeks to get an issue resolved and not one response or call back. Spoke to the team lead and she said she had to get the manager at the locations side of the story and still no call back. Needless to say I tried to reach out to get my account reinstated because of a battle of **** between my husband and the manager at one of the locations. I had this membership for over 2 years or pretty c... read more

It's a scam, canceled in person in April. Just noticed I've been charged the last 4 months. Was told unless I had a cancellation number. They wouldn't refund. They did send me a card for for free car washes, but we canceled because it was taking the paint off my painted grill.

I would confidently give this company zero stars if I could, primarily based off their customer service. I WAS a monthly member and just bought a new 4Runner. My first time taking it through, the paint was damaged above my driver side door as well as a piece of trim. The manager who handled my claim on site was unprofessional, unapologetic and down right rude. I have since then stayed on the claim from 7/23/2023. Today I was in touch with the claims department by phone and was told the damage was not possible from the carwas... read more

The teller charged my wife for four car washes and would not give a refund. The Teller stated that we would have to call the corporate office we did. The **************** reviewed the video and stated that my wife did not complain enough to get a refund at the time of purchase. We felt completely misled and we will be filing a complaint for debit card fraud.Decent wash, but very manipulative and greedy.
