Jordan and the team at Cloud Estates are fantastic. I currently live outside of the country and entrusted them with full bathroom and kitchen renovation as well as redecoration of an apartment to bring it up to standard for rental. Jordan handled the entire process on my behalf and has a wealth of knowledge on tenant wants/needs, local regulations and balancing quantity with budget. Cannot recommend them enough, they exceeded every expectation and we are in the process of planning our next project with them
If you're looking for hands on project management that deals with everything, so you don't have to, this is the place to go. Jordan organised full rip out and refurb, managed everything for us, including new roof, electrics, pumbing, plastering and decorating.
